Your request, handled with care.
We use the information you send to review, scope, communicate about, and deliver your requested work.
What we collect
Your contact details, description of the work, deadline, source links, approval information, and the other answers you choose to provide. A temporary draft is kept in your browser tab until submission or the tab is closed.
Anonymous site activity
We record a small set of first-party interaction events—such as a page view, a completed Finder, a share, a referral visit, or a submitted request—so we can understand which paths are useful. These records use a random session identifier, campaign labels, and an anonymous referral code when someone passes the Finder on; they do not include the words you type into June, your Finder answers, your name, your email address, or advertising cookies.
Where it goes
Requests are stored in our website’s protected intake queue and managed in our business records on Google Drive. Ely and Trina use them to review and follow up. Our hosting and communications providers process information needed to operate these services. Request contents are not published on this website.
Private checkout and payment
When we approve a scope, its private checkout is connected to your request and Finish Map so you do not have to repeat the story. Stripe processes payment details; we receive payment status and provider reference numbers, not your full card number. If you explicitly choose a post-purchase addition, Stripe may securely reuse the payment method it stored for that purpose. An unfinished approved checkout may produce one service follow-up when your request already permits service contact. It does not subscribe you to marketing.
What to leave out
Do not submit passwords, payment card details, health records, government identifiers, or confidential material you are not authorized to share. We’ll arrange appropriate access separately.
Your choices
Permission to contact you about a request is required only so we can send its Finish Check and next steps. Marketing email is a separate, optional choice and is never required to submit a request. You can withdraw that optional permission or unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. Reply STOP to end texts. To ask about, correct, or delete your request information, submit a request with the subject “Privacy request” and your request number, or reply to a project email from us.
