Here’s how requests work.
Sending a request asks us to review and quote the work. It does not purchase a service or guarantee acceptance.
Scope first. Price first.
We confirm deliverables, timing, review terms, exclusions, and price before work begins. We start according to the agreed payment and source-material requirements.
A deadline is a goal until confirmed.
We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day. Production timing depends on scope, access, and availability. Rush work must be expressly confirmed and may cost more.
Your materials and approvals
Please only provide materials you have the right to use, tell us what should not change, and identify who can approve the result. Missing access or unclear approvals may delay quoting or production.
Payments and changes
Custom work is paid through a private, client-specific checkout or invoice after scope and price are agreed. A checkout may include one clearly labeled optional extra, and the Finish Receipt may show one separate optional addition. Nothing is preselected, and an additional charge only happens after an explicit choice. Stripe handles payment details; Finish the Stuff does not receive your card number. Payment, cancellation, and any refund terms must be stated in the individual quote or agreement.
If checkout gets interrupted
When you have asked us to work on a request, we may send one service message to help recover an unfinished approved checkout or deliver its receipt. That is part of the request—not a marketing subscription. Marketing email remains optional and separately controlled.
Fit matters
If a request is outside our capabilities or requires regulated professional judgment, we’ll tell you. Ongoing support is reserved capacity, not unlimited work.
